Return & Refund Policy

At Castrovell, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the terms described below.

 


 

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

 


As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@castrovel.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

 


 

 

2. Return Conditions

 


To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 

  • Be in unused and resalable condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be returned within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

 

3. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Items lost during return shipping will not be refunded.

 

 


 

 

4. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

 

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method

 


Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

 

5. Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

 

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at contact@castrovel.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
